Every Thursday
6:15 pm: Meet and Sign-in in the parking lot
6:30 pm: Begin Training
8:00 pm: End Training (7:30 pm or earlier for the Winter season)
What is TNT?
Thursday Night Training is Team Fremont’s weekday training session. The skills of focus for these evenings are variations on power / speed / technique training.
