TNT Tue Sept 10
meet up at Club Sport before 6:30pm and sign-in
roll at 6:30pm
head out to Sabrecat via Fremont – Grimmer – PPP – Pine – Sabrecat
hill repeats until 7:45pm – and back
IMPORTANT – I like Sabrecat because it’s a hill that the stronger riders can get their efforts in, go longer to the court/ down to Pine -and- those that go slower can flip it and join up with their teammates. Try to ride with others!
TNT Thurs Sept 12
meet up at Eureka / Stevenson before 6:15 and sign-on
10 lap “burn off” warm-up starts at 6:15pm
“get er done – one hour” workout
whew!
“pack” will roll at 20mph (or so). Work if you can contribute to the pace, sit on if you cannot.
“efforts” (if you choose) are to either slink off the back and bridge to the pack -or- attack off the front, get your effort in and then sit-up (or take a lap). Lots of options
– social cool-down to end at 8pm
Reminder – best to have a plan before you swing your leg over your top tube! # of climbs, how hard, # of efforts, how hard, etc. So many options!
