ten sprints over five laps – small ring T4-T1, big ring T2-T3 (modifiers – lead, draft, cheat by starting early, let a gap open and close it!0
“threaded paceline” slower speed skills drill – three abreast paceline where the back comes up the middle and peals off to the opposite side once they hit the front.
finish the workout with a tempo ride as a team, drop off the back and bridge to our group if you want extra work. It is the off-season, so it’s okay to sit in the group and ride steady!
