6:30pm “coordinated” perfect paceline warm-up, 6 laps at an increasing speed (anticipate gaps if the lead is not cornering well)

one lap time trial – from corner 3 to corner 3, post a new time, post a personal best(?)
Main event – one hour ride. What distance can you cover in 60 minutes? Modifiers – time trial practice; lead or draft; take a rest if you must!
