Warm-up paceline until 6:30 (faster and faster but staying in formation, equals less effort at the front if you are gassed)
4 long sprints in a light gear (4 to 1), recovery during the rest of the lap + 3 laps rest
4 long sprints in a light gear (4 to 1), recovery during the rest of the lap + 3 laps rest
4 long sprints in a light gear (4 to 1), recovery during the rest of the lap + 3 laps rest
Modifiers – bigger gears and longer if you want more, lighter and less if you want less
Paceline cooldown
