Tuesday, Feb 11th – “Bayview race situational” – two groups
sign-on then 6:30pm departure from Club Sport. Over to Bayview, Lakeview, Fremont Blvd course. Six laps warm-up; two laps in a double paceline (16-18mph), two laps rotating paceline (20-25mph), two laps single paceline (25+mph). “Play with your food drill”. Start at Lakeview to Fremont to finish before Bayview. Cooldown on Bayview. One rider attacks the pack (two groups on course) and tries to ride solo away from the field. The field works together (stronger work more, but all cooperate) to catch the lone rider just before the line. The trick is for the pack to go the same pace as the solo rider and catch them right before the line. Cool-down back to Club Sport
