+ (new) four technique sprints from corners 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 (shorter, in the drops, head up, start with the hips, arms locked, riding straight)
+ into teams of three for a five-lap breakaway exercise, working together for 4 laps, then outsprinting your breakaway mates. Do not drop your breakaway mates on the first four laps as you want to keep them in the break with you. Drop them in the last lap or take them to the line. Dual goals – work together as fast as you can, and win the 5-lap “race”
