“Don’t sit back, Attack!”
6:15pm sign-in and get ready to start the six lap warm-up (ramping up speed from 18mph and up)
two techinique sprints (good form – head up, in the drops, straight line, start with the hip thrust, straight arms)
10 lap “attacking” ride (scratch race – 1st one across the line). Follow if you must but attack if you can. Get the gap, try to hold it and come back if you blow.
