TNT plans for Oct 25
socialize and sign-in prior to 6:15pm
six laps winter warm-up (6 laps together, one lap ballistic)
two techinque sprints (small ring, head up, in the drops, concentrate on starting in a straight line (core!))
fifteen laps scratch race- “ride away if you can” – BUT, know that riders may be on your wheel!
– this drill may drop riders, so either find a draft, do your own thing, or wait for riders to take a lap on you then jumnp on
2 lap “threaded paceline” – slow speed
same scratch race until 7:50pm
cool down & outta there!
