Garry and I got on the same page last week… ya’ll get your endurance rides during the week and we prescribe a bit of intensity for Thursday.
This weeks plan allows for a LOT of flexibility.
– sign in
– paceline warm-up until 6:45pm
– “take a lap” exercise… two groups of riders, a group of no more than 1/3 the total number of riders attacks and works together to take a lap on the main pack. The main pack rides together at no more than 18.6mph/ 30kph.
– goal: smooth pacelines!
– modifiers… working hard? then take a few laps! just want an endurance ride? then sit in the main pack
