Hello – we did some long and hard efforts that everyone seemed to have liked last week… so, we’ll do even more work this week!
May 20 we’ll target a “rest week”, which is to say that we will still do some intesnity, we just won’t put ourselves in a hole like we will this week.
Of course, these workouts can be modified by going further, going shorter or changing up your gearing.
– Warm-up until 6:30pm in a double paceline (just like we did on the cooldown last week)
– two “form” sprints in a light gear from 2 to 3
– 3 riders working together for 8 laps. No one should get dropped, everyone should be tired!

– 3 riders working together for 6 laps. No one should get dropped, everyone should be tired!
+ one lap rest
– 3 riders working together for 4 laps. No one should get dropped, everyone should be tired!
+ one lap rest
– 3 riders working together for 6 laps. No one should get dropped, everyone should be tired!
+ one lap rest
– 3 riders working together for 8 laps. No one should get dropped, everyone should be tired!
– 5 lap cooldown (from 20 to 16mph)
