Where is your favorite place to ride?
My absolute favorite place to ride is in my hometown of San Diego. Going out through Jamul and up to the Sunrise Highway through Mt. Laguna and up to Julian. Then coming back through Lake Cuyamaca and through the campgrounds. I do have to say that in Norcal we have some amazing places to ride. My favorite here is going across the Golden Gate and up Mt. Tam, towards Stinson Beach and over to Point Reyes Station.
How did you find out about Team Fremont?
I started riding again after a long break of about 10 years with a Mikes Bikes group over in Pleasanton, thats where I met my buddy Joe. I remember Nathan came out one day with us and we met and chatted. Nathan and an old Team Fremont member Frank spoke highly of the team. I went out to Early Birds meet the teams day and knew right away I felt at home with burritos.
What is your favorite race?
Pescadero, Coppertown Square Circuit Race, Cherry Pie Crit. I like nice roads and good scenery.
