Turbo trainer/ roller team workout in front of or inside the Bicycle Garage. Please plan to be ready to roll at 6:30pm for this one hour workout. Bring your bike, rollers/ turbo trainer and shoes. Please let Garry or me know if you need to borrow at turbo trainer/ rollers.

From I-880, go west on Stevenson. Cross over the Boyce Road / Cherry Road intersection.
Take the first right onto Eureka and then the first driveway on the left.
Riders begin to congregate at 6:00 PM, sign in at 6:15. Structured warm up routine and then in to the nights program, usually set by out team coach, Larry Nolan.
The course is a 0.8 mile rectangle, so if your dropped, no worries. On the first Thursday of the month we meet as above, but go out on to city streets for a no-drop ride.
Normally the session lasts about 90 minutes and we finish around 8 PM
We ride rain or shine, 52 weeks of the year.
Helmets required and lights when necessary.

The FFBC summer Pizza Rides always include one hard climb for the “Hard Hitters”. This ride contains the majority of the hills. These could include ‘Old Calaveras’, ‘Country Club’, ‘Winding Vista’, ‘Yakima / Zapotec / Galindo’ combo, ‘The Animals’, ‘Sabre Cat’, ‘Pine (East Side)’, ‘Mill Creek’, ‘Morrison’, ‘Appian’ and ‘Garin’.
All race team members are requested to wear their team uniform.
Rain will stop play. No stopping, no dropping. Minimal regroups

Dublin, Blackhawk, Mt. Diablo (junction), Walnut Creek, Clayton, Morgan Territory, Livermore, Pleasanton.

73 miles, F-5 (5,000+ ft.) ‘C’ group will do a 50 mile long variation.
The route is a crossing of the Golden Gate, proceed north to Nicasio, cross over to Olema, go South on Highway 1 to Stinson and then back to SF by climbing over Mt. Tamalpais or around the Marin Headlands
All race team members are requested to wear their team uniform.
Rain will NOT stop play. One scheduled stop in Olema or Nicasio, no dropping.

All groups will leave at 8:30
I’m looking for a compacto ride to the base of the climb at Highway 130 and Mt. Hamilton Road and then The Race Team will split into our usual groups.
A ride to the CDF Station and then turn around.
No climb to the top.
Remember that the weather can be changeable, so bring
appropriate additional layers and accessories.
Total climbing for the day will be approx. 3000 ft. but I may add in some options for Quimby Road on the return.

Since April 2012 we’ve been hitting the road as a team on the first Thursday night of every month. December 6th plans are waaaaaaay out there…
Meet at Niles parking lot (same as weekend rides) @ 6:15
- head out Niles Canyon and up Palomares
- climbing for a solid winter workout
- descending carefully so that you can ride for all of 2013
= front and rear lights for the duration of the ride are mandatory!
= buddy system the whole night. No one rider goes ahead or gets left behind = teamwork!
