TNT Feb. 17 – SPRINTS!

I’m back for this workout and looking forward to the workout, even if it’s wet out.

“perfect” pace line warm-up and ready for two technique sprints at 6:30pm.  Two groups sprinting together.  Lap 1 – Corner 2 to 3- small ring short sprint (2 light posts), corner 4 to 1- big ring long sprint.  Lap 2- corner 2 to 3- small ring long sprint, corner 4 to 1- big ring short sprint, lap 3- recovery.  Repeat 4 times.  Cool-down and done.  Modifiers: lead or draft, longer or shorter, more or less than 5 sets.  Larry
